Sugoku oishikatta! I would highly recommend! Not only was the food great, but we had great attentive service from our server. We... don’t have great options of authentic Japanese food restaurants where we live, so to experience Japanese cuisine and anatmosphere like when I lived in Japan is always a pleasure. We had the Salmon bento box, Katsu bento box, Chirashi ramen andSeafood ramen. Along with an order of authentic tasting Tako Yaki. The flavors are savory, memorable and spot on. I don't pretend to be a sushi connoisseur, but by our standards everything we had here was excellent. (The dragon roll in... particular was superb.) Service was prompt and friendly (even on a busy Friday night) and they had a local IPA on tap. Read more
Wow, so so so good. We got the short ribs, the squid ink pasta, salmon and tuna rolls. Eel and tamago sushi. All super good! You... will love it. Parking is on the street, not too difficult. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We ate so much we couldbarely walk! Lol Read more
Hiro san & David took excellent care of us tonight. Excellent selection of unique Japanese inspired cocktails. 15-course omakase... was a special treat for a special occasion. Will definitely return. I love sushi, and was so happy we tried Momoyama for my birthday. The sashimi and sushi were delicious, and the fish fresh--how... I've missed such fresh fish! It was very satisfying. The Momoyama roll is amazing. Their green tea ice cream is from Japan. Myhusband and I both loved the matcha creme brulee. The waitress was very kind and attentive. This was the perfect birthdaydinner, and I'm super sad we don't live closer to this restaurant because it would definitely be a new favorite I'd want tofrequent. Read more
Exceptional neighborhood Japanese eatery that makes you feel right at home. Warm setting, plenty of seats and tables but I... highly recommend sitting at the sushi bar as the expert sushi chefs will fill you in on what’s new and what’s the freshest.We had an incredible meal with some of the best fish I’ve had in years.
