Hands down ?the friendliest store in town? while this is there Moto, they actually live up to it. I can?t tell you how many... times, I?ve been places that don?t. The staff are always willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. I?ve made this one ofmy frequent stops. They?ve got top shelf quality items and ingredients. From farm fresh milk with the cream on top. Homemade togo food made that day. So many different kinds of fruits. It always blows me away. This is a typical New Seasons store, but I have nothing bad to say about any of their stores. I found everything I was looking... for and then some. All the store staff are very friendly and helpful. Many different types of products so if you are shoppingfor a hard to find product you will probably find it here. The only negative thing is their prices are usually higher thanother grocery stores but everyone now has higher prices. Read more
One of the best chain natural food stores around. Went in for nutrition supplements and two people helped me at two different... times. Let me know to keep receipt to refund if the supplements didn't sit well. The cashier mentioned that in addition to theemail receipt I usually opt for was good, she wanted to assure I had a hard copy to get a refund, too. Read more

Amazing customer service. I was trying to fix my umbrella outside the store when a store employee came outside and asked if I... needed tape to fix my umbrella. I told him a staple might work so he went inside to get me a staple and came out with anumbrella in working condition. Wow what customer service. I grew up on the coast in southern Oregon and I have to say when I'm looking for fresh seafood in Portland, New Seasons never... disappoints. The salmon fillet that I purchased looked absolutely beautiful and I'm sure will taste the same And I also spoiledmyself by picking up a dozen Pearl oysters. Read more
Great selection but quite high prices. A small box of spring mix tonight was $3.99. Most grocery stores carry the large version... (double size), for $5. Appreciate the convenience and the staff though that are always willing to go above and beyond. Youdefinitely get the extra service for the extra cost and their meat counter is amazing! Read more
