Tracker said 20-30 minutes for my pick up order. Was just going in the oven when I walked in, on time, to get it. Grand total... for pick up about 50 minutes. Note that they have 8 people working inside and 2 drivers. So it's simple incompetence then. Got it. Read more
I called a half hour after they told me to expect my pizza and was told the delivery driver just got back and was loading my... pizza up and heading out. Here's my thing. It's not so much about when my pizza makes it to my door, it's more about how longago my pizza came out of the oven. This pizza definitely came out of the oven awhile ago. If you suspect you're going to bewaiting for awhile on your delivery driver maybe you shouldn't bake the pizza and then have it sitting around waiting. I paidfull price for a cold, boring, non hot and melty pizza. Not to sound dramatic but it really sucked the joy out of my impromptupizza night. Read more

They have good pizza. Love it. The only problem I had with them was getting in delivered. I live really close to them, maybe a... mile away, (dont even think its that far) and they told me they don't deliver in my area. I told them that I've seen theirdelivery cars drive by my house many times and they still wouldn't deliver to my house. Had to go pick up which is OK but had ahouse full of people. Read more
Papa John's is probably my favorite of the fast food pizza chains, and this is a convenient location in the area. Ordering over... the phone was a bit of an ordeal, especially since the person taking me order seemed to have a hard time understanding me andkept going around in circles for clarification. It was a ten-minute process for a couple of items, including holds. I'llprobably just order online if I come back. Fortunately, the service was a lot better at the store, though not overly friendly,but best of all, my food was ready on time and I didn't need to wait very long. The food was fresh and tasted good, though thegarlic knots were a bit greasier and more overcooked than usual. Read more
I had a bad experience tonight. However, We frequently order from this location, and normally everything is hot and fresh, also... accurate. Keep Surpassing expectations, we'll keep ordering! I spent top dollar to get a pizza and cheesey bread fresh out of the oven 40 min prior to their arrival to my house. The door... dash driver (delivery service used by papa John's not my choice) picked up my pizza and I was given A 9 min estimate, 2 minutesin the driver returned to the store and then took off in a direction away from my house and the estimated time went to 17minutes. At that point my pizza would have arrived at the back end of the original estimate but that 17 minutes turned into 28minutes. I assume the drivers don't know they are being tracked because he had no problem lying and blaming the pizza parlor forhis poor service. I had no idea Papa John's used a delivery service and not their own workers so I am guessing the door dashdriver was delivering his orders based on pre paid tips. I tip only in cash and this driver had no faith in that so he got $1unearned where he would have recognized $5 if he could have made the 2 mile drive intime to meet the estimated delivery time.
