Went for the prices and flavor options. Pizzas had way to much crust like they didn't put enough sauce and cheese. More... importantly all 3 of us got sick. Cheap shouldn't be synonymous dirty. Read more

MEL, GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE! I live down the street and get pizza once a week or once every 2. I have lived here for 5 years... and never had a good (in this case awesome experience). She is personable, social, and all around someone I would keep comingback for just to talk to. I told her I have 5 kids and come 1x a week or so when I need a break and do not want to cook. Shesaid she has kids and understands completely. I felt bad I couldn't tip like I would like to right now but keep her name inmind. She stands out. I picked up my pizza two hours late tonight due to a very late work meeting. The service rep at the store (didn?t get her name)... went and got my pizza, looked at it and then we talked about how it had been sitting for two hours and she said, we can make yousome new pizza if you have a few minutes. I was blown away! I was just grateful that they still had my pizza, and here she was offering to make me new pizza, when it was my fault it was cold in the first place! I didn?t take her up on the offer becauseit was already such a long day, but her even making that suggestion made me feel that she truly cared about my customerexperience above all else. Super nice staff here. I?m here from out of state for work so good customer service goes a long ways for me when I?m away from... home and family. The people that work here have such great attitudes and are really pleasant to the customers and to each other.As a driver would come in they all said welcome back and as an employee left for the night they all said have a good night. Theyhooked me up with a carry out club card and gave me 5 extra stamps as a way of welcoming me to Oregon. Super awesome PapaJohn?s. Thanks Papa John?s employees. Read more
Edited The management replied and gave me the opportunity to order a free pizza. Will I did and ordered a double pepperoni pizza... with double jalapeño. I received a pepperoni pizza that was low on a regular pepperoni pizza. If they look at the image onthere website and see what a double pepperoni pizza is they would add pepperoni. But none the less they tried to make good.Just be advised that the pizzas will not arrive as shown on the website. When you order a pizza you expect a pizza with theitems you order and when you add items you expect added items not remove some to add some I ordered pepperoni pizza and addedjalapeños and spinach extra. I didn?t get the pepperoni on the pizza. And the jalapeño poppers shown on the app where reallynice looking but. As you can see that jalapeño popper is not a jalapeño popper. It?s a role of pizza with a couple ofjalapeño slices. It was a total disaster. $31. Dollar for this I should have gotten a steak. I expect the management to replyto this! Read more
Best damn pizza in town for the price quality and the delivery drivers are excellent and efficient definitely worth tipping
