I was tempted to give this a 4 star review. The parking lot is treacherous and good luck getting out of it during rush hour, but... this isn't the businesses fault per se. Also, mind your surroundings in this area, a lot of tweakers:( Good pizza, excellentprices and the owner/workers are always professional and punctual. Asked if they had the BBQ pizza for half of my pizza and was told yes. When ordering the other half I had to repeat what... substitutions I wanted about 5 times. Not even 2mins after hanging up I receive a call from them saying that they don't have theBBQ pizza. So I order something different with 2 substitutions,but when I got home and saw the pizza, they didn't do thesubstitutions. And this was the manager that got the order wrong!Have had this problem several times! I suggest having themrepeat what you ordered before hanging up and then checking that they made it right before leaving the store. Read more

I picked up my pizza about 11:20 a.m.. everybody was very helpful. I brought the pizza home and unwrapped it about 4:00 and it... had so little artichokes so little spinach and so little bacon. I ordered a large avocado chicken bacon thin crust yummy Pizzaas I do every week but this is the week I went to 181st.and start ..Not happy at all but that's okay I'll just stick with my122nd and division. So.... We will eat this pizza and never go to 181st and Stark again. Read more

My favorite place for pizza, always gives generous amounts of toppings, affordable, different choices of crusts, can customize... any pizza to my liking. And cook the crust to my liking in 15 minutes. What's there not to love! Read more

I order two different pizza pie combinations, a Cezar salad with 4 packets of ranch, a cinnamon wheel and two 2-liters of Sierra... Mist. It was as expected, nothing short of satisfying. When ordering Papa Murphy's anything you decide off the menu, yourcoming out on top. There are no losers everybody wins. Reason I gave 4 stars is to leave room for growth. Read more

Awesome employees. They went out of their way to make a taco pizza for me and it was so good. I brought in the refitted beans... salsa and taco seasoning and they put the rest on there. Read more

Ordered by phone & had my mom & husband go grab it, as she was walking out as one of our pizzas was incorrectly made, she came... out to grab her phone & call me when she stepped off of the curb, didn't even see the parking spot cement block(as it was thesame color as sidewalk/NOT PAINTED YELLOW), and literally face planted on the pavement knocking herself out cold.. My husbandcalled the ambulance, Papa Murphy's supervisor was AMAZING, the staff member younger guy who brought my mom towels, and waterwas great, the ambulance on the other habd was ridiculous as they were afraid of Blood even being gloved up (which we reportedto AMR already)... The supervisor even sent flowers to our home for her, they were ALL AMAZING, didn't even charge us for apizza after my moms accident... Not sure she's coming back as the parking area is UNSAFE.. But Papa Murphy's Supervisor i thinkher name was Jackie, and the staff were all AMAZING!!! They even secured her purse until we could get it... She ended upfracturing her right radius location in her wrist, she tore her sinuses, and fractured her right eye orbital socket.. She has along recovery, but they ALL STEPPED IN TO HELP MY MOM!!! THANK YOU ALL for having compassion & being concerned and helping mymom!!!
