very rude employees.Ordered a mocha online morning of Sept 2. I noticed the drink was not even close to being filled up. This... happened previously too so i tried to gently tell the barista that the drinks are not filled at the same time i gave them a tipin the tip jar so it would cushion the blow a little. I have worked customer service jobs and i try to be a little compassionatebut the response i got was ridiculous. Instead of just offering to make a new drink the one with the nametag "Bill" said itwas because the foam had settled. I said Ok but a half inch? I order the same drink at other peets and never have that issue.As i said this both the Bill and the other employee both interrupted me and said well thats because you ordered it online andyou dont understand how foam works etc. I said I was merely trying to correct a problem i found with my drink- they bothinterrupted me and wouldnt even let me say a word without talking over me and telling me how it was wrong for me to complainetc. Super rude and obnoxious. Reliably good cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Nice location, walkable distance to the Lloyd Center. I would recommend this... place for a warm cup of goodness anytime. Read more
Joseph was very kind and helpful during my visit to Peet?s today. Being genuinely kind really goes a long way, and he made the... atmosphere of this store really positive. He also let me know Pumpkin is a flavor that Peet?s has year round, so I can sleeppeacefully now knowing that I can get a pumpkin chai whenever I want. Read more
The coffee is very good, especially the cold brew. They have oatmeal too, for a quick and easy breakfast!
Staff is always friendly and helpful, store is always clean. Love that their vegan options are expanding. Love the brown sugar... oat milk matcha tea latte with jelly! Read more

The service was great and everyone was friendly. The coffee was amazing and the flavors were incredible.
