Incredible food by Pim! 10/10 would come here again if I lived in Portland. The basil fried rice and pad see ew were absolutely... delicious and in deceptively large portions. The shibuya honey toast was totally yum: classic Asian milk bread toasted, toppedwith a scoop of good vanilla ice cream and fresh sliced strawberries. Not gonna lie, I was a little put off that it was a foodtruck setup and the eating area is fining tables in a former car wash area. But I assume it's the socioeconomic effects of thepandemic, and Pim may have moved from the restaurant setup in other photos. The food and how nice and sweet Pim was certainlymore than made up for it! Also, great prices. ???? Read more

Ordered the mango bingsu, super delicious! It had mango chunks, mango juice, whipped cream and honey on top of a coconut/vanilla... tasting ice cream/shaved ice base. The owner was very nice but they only accept cash so come prepared! Read more

Super great place! The food is good :) especially the honey toasts!! The owner was extremely sweet too. The environment is... welcoming and there is a few tables for you to sit down and eat too. Would recommend 100% if you’re looking for a good placeto eat! Read more

I wish I could give 3.5 stars, but I’m giving 4 stars because of the sweet lady who made our desserts! She was so friendly and... lovely, and our desserts came out so cute. The bingsu and toast were pretty good; good enough for our casual outing. With thatsaid, they both left something to be desired, but I think it’s a matter of the menu/recipes. The toast was so tiny compared tothe honey toasts that I’m used to and had no additions to it other than a couple strawberry slices and vanilla ice cream. Thebingsu is officially “strawberry bingsu CHEESECAKE” but the “cheesecake” is literally a tiny 2inch piece hidden at thebottom. Like...2inches x 1inch. But again, it’s good enough, just not one of the best. Thank you to the nice lady though! Shewas great. Read more

Good to have a place to get authentic Asian deserts. Most of the fare served here is popular in South Korea so if you like... Sulbing or Tom Tom's then definitely give this place a shot. I would miss the cappuccinos though unless you like extremelysweet coffee. -1 star Read more

Came by for a bingsu. It was OK. Pim's is upstairs, lofted over another restaurant. It seemed dark and dingy. The one person... working worked very hard and she was very friendly. Can't say I'll be back, I'll wait for bingsu till next time I visitsoutherner California. Read more
