I ordered pizza earlier in the day for a night time pick up. Drive there and the place is closed, and received no explanation... and it screwed up a birthday party that was counting on the food. Very unprofessional. If something came up and they needed toclose early they should have called and canceled my order so I had time to figure something else out. Read more
We order all the time from Pizza Guys and usually it's pretty good, however, the pizzas can be inconsistent in texture and... toppings. Our go-to is the Garlic Lovers pizza and we order that one and a second pizza usually a red sauce every time we order.Last night, we ordered and got two completely wrong pizzas. Never happened before, the guy who delivered told us to call if wehad any trouble with the orders, so he must have known. The pizzas took 1.5 hours to get to us which is more than usual sosomething must have happened. The 3rd picture were the two pizzas delivered. We ordered a Garlic Lovers which was supposed to bethe pizza on top and the other was supposed to be the crunchy club. No biggie. We call and let them know. The girl was a bitsnippy and blamed being short staffed. I asked for a coupon for next time since I didn't really want to order again tonightsince we could make due with the pizzas sent but I still wanted the correct pizzas for free when we ordered again, if that waspossible. She asked us then if we were OK with the pizzas we got or if she needed to send us a new order, implying that weweren't getting a credit for a later purchase. That's fine. If you're short staffed and would rather send out another pizzainstead of crediting me, fine. So I tried to reorder. The second delivery, we checked with the driver before he left. The secondphoto is the crunchy club we ordered.... the first picture is the same wrong pizza that she sent before. ???? I opened it up andknew right away it is not the right pizza again because I've ordered this pizza like 20 times... so I just laughed and saidwhatever, it's close enough and took it. I feel bad because I never call back or send back the wrong order and I just wanted acredit, the pizzas they sent just weren't very good and I wanted my Garlic Lovers. The pizza(Texas bbq chicken&bacon) was really good loved the presentation and taste! Garlic bread was great. The time the pizza... was ready was amazing!! Only flaw I seen was the cookie was really underbaked. Thanks for that great for and great price !! Read more
Pizza guys have a unique Pizza. it is so delicious. there toppings are so flavorful. I'll never eat Domino's or Pizza Hut again.... The staff is so friendly and helpful.you will enjoy these two locations in the Portland area. Read more

Meh. $57 for a delivery after tip for an "extra large" that would be at most a large else where. And then wasn't fully cooked... (not raw, but not crisp). Not a BAD pie, but not a good one, and at the price... Ya, sorry, not again. Read more
