This is by far my worst Pizza Hut experience ever! This place is a joke. And I've eaten at a large number of Pizza Hut... locations. The order took well over an hour to be delivered when the place is not that far away and I was outside waiting to seewhen someone was going to show up with the order and I saw the driver pull up in his car and he literally sat in front of myhotel not doing anything other than scrolling on his phone for 15 minutes before he even got out of the car. I called therestaurant and the manager could care less. Claims he's going to talk to the guy but I don't see that happening. It seems likejust another day for them. Read more
Took them too long to deliver. When I called they said they are short drivers. But the pizza was good.
Took 1.5 hours to deliver. Pizza was sopping with grease. Boneless wings were soggy, greasy and had no sauce. The redeeming... factor was the mini cinnamon rolls. Read more
Fast service and very friendly. I ordered 6 pizzas, drove straight there, and the pizzas were just coming out of the oven,... fresh and ready. Very nice people there. Read more
Never showed up with the pizza.. typical. Try for another pizza place. This is Portland there are SO MANY BETTER PIZZA PLACES... here. I just thought it would have been quick but end up being completely the opposite. Prob about 2 hours and I had to callthem! They were supposed to call when they were dropping it off. My ticket # 56. I ordered 1 lg thin pizza( it was cooked so much it the crust was almost burnt and it was dry) hard to eat. Also... had ordered 8 boneless Hawaiian Teriyaki wings. The staff were extremely unfriendly and very dismissive. They also handed me the incorrect order and I had to drive back to... exchange it. When I called on the phone to inform them of the mistake, they just said this is going to take a minute and justput me on hold. I drove back to the store instead and resolved the issue in person.
