I ordered and they said 25-35 minutes. Over an hour later I called I was told, by a pretty rude person. ?We only have 1 driver... that?s what?s taking so long? I said ?okay? and they hung up on me. I ordered at 2:45 it showed up at 4:40 luckily it was allice cold, not even a little warm. A couple of days ago, I was craving pizza after work. I went to my Pizza Hut online account to see what I would really like,... and share some with my roommate. One of the multiple items I found inlune was a $10.99 deal for a medium pizza, thin crust, plusthree toppings (my choice: pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, green peppers). I placed the order at the Pizza Hut location on 181stStreet, nearby my house. The order was ready in less that 20 minutes. Boy, did I select the perfect pizza! Waited 2.5 hours for food only to be told 'looks like your order was voided'. Was told I wouldnt be charged initially since it... was 'voided by the computer accidentally' but I was (and refunded). The manager did basically nothing to try and fix the issueaside from saying 'we could process your order again nut itll be another 45 mins for delivery'. No discount, no freebie, nothingexcept a sorry. Likely not ordering from pizza hut anymore, its not worth the wait. Read more
Well, certainly the worst location I've been to. At least they're consistently disappointing - I'll give em that. 1/7 pizzas are... great tho. The rest are stale with no sauce(even if ya ask for extra sauce, just in case) yeah, think I'm gonna stick tohomemade pizza. Ain't a baker for nothing. Read more
