Won't honor website pricing. Been going getting a special on the website for a few times now, you can order a XXL pizza for $20... or the large for $14. Multiple times recently the website lets you get all the way to checkout with the pizza in the cart andstates that the system is unable to process the order. The store has lost my business at this point multiple times now becausethe website wasn't processing orders properly. I finally called in the order and explained to them what I was having difficultywith. When picking up the order I was told that that special price was only for a 1 topping pizza. I took out my phone andwalked through the ordering process with the clerk to demonstrate what I ordered is supposed to be $14. Regardless, theyinformed me something was wrong on the website and charged me $26 for a $14 special. I then send feedback to corporateexplaining I will not be back until this issue is somehow addressed. I felt it was reasonable to give someone a chance to remedythis situation before I post my experience publicly on google, it's been a week now and not a peep back from corporate. I'msorry something is wrong with your website, you still need to honor the pricing and deal with the people in charge of thewebsite to fix it, not put the issue back onto the customer. Pizza Schmizza is seriously overpriced in my opinion, but onspecial it actually became a good option for a take out meal. Unfortunately, this experience has left me in a state where I'mnot interested in giving this business my hard earned money any longer. Papa Murphys is just as close and a much better valueand will actually work with you if you forget a coupon or if there's a pricing discrepancy. Read more
I wish I could give zero stars, absolute worst experience with a food establishment in my life. I could not be more livid.... Called in to place a large order I needed the day before, they took my information, took my order, CHARGED MY CARD, andguaranteed delivery when I needed it. I had ordered large delivery orders from them before and things went great so I neverwould have assumed that they would lose my order, pretend it never happened, the kid on the phone would tell me there wasnothing that could be done but ?his manager would call me? and then I would NOT get a call. Pizza is good but only get it by the slice. Who ever is making the pizza is not worth his/her wage. It takes about an hour for... pizza to be ready after placing an order. They also miss ingredients that are suppose to be included on the pizza. It's justridiculous and not worth the trouble. I have not ordered anything here in the past 3-4 month after they messed up the last pizzaand it happened again. Read more
In addition to having great pizza, and a great team making the pizza, they also have an exceptionally honest team. I had a... substantial amount of cash on me for a rent deposit. Somehow, I dropped the cash while taking my wallet out. I called all theplaces i went the next day, thinking it was certainly gone. Daniel answered, asked me for specifics, and the told me he hadfound and it was there. Customer service has gone down lately, slices are minimum $5 and they?ve gotten smaller (like they trying to get 2-4 more slices... from a pizza). To get 2 slices to fill you up @ $10+ is a really terrible value. There are much better places that I?ll be goingto. Read more
