The pizza is outstanding. The service is outstanding. My only complaint is the mask policy. If customers are required to wear... a mask, so should the workers. A face shield blocks spit and large expelled items from the mouth as well as protects the wearerfrom getting spit or other foreign matter in their eyes, A face shield does nothing to protect the public or the wearer fromexhaling or breathing in airborne particles. If the worker who wears this shield thinks he is protected or is protecting othersfrom airborne particles then he needs a primer in airborne transmission of viruses, or perhaps he does not care. In future, if Isee him working and wearing a face shield instead of a mask I will take my business elsewhere. I would encourage others to dothe same. This used to be our favorite Pizzicato location. We drive out of the way to come here. Sad to say this will be our last visit.... The wait time is consistently longer than they say it will be. Soggy crust- not even cooked all the way through in some spots.Super greasy. The balsamic dressing is our absolute favorite but tonight it was mostly oil and had separated. Skip the pearsalad. IF you get more than a few slices they will be brown. Damnit. Another one bites the dust. Read more
