This is a 5 star experience. This isn't what you'd consider a "five star restraunt." This place is great and exactly what it is... supposed to be. I stayed at the adjacent hotel here for a few days during a work conference. I came here two nights and eachnight it was fantastic. Both servers were great very professional and relax. The hostest the second night was terrific and verypolite. The atmosphere here is great. It's nice without being to fancy. Good views of the TVs from just about everywhere andspot you can't see them. The food both times was great. I had the steak salad the first night and it was great. I just thechicken wings and bacon wrapped dates the second night. They were both excellent as well. The wing sauce is something I hadn'ttried before and it was delicious, both hit the spot. If you're looking for a hotel with a great on site restraunt, this placeis it. If you're looking for a quick local bite to eat this is also a great spot and right along a pretty decent walk on theriverside. Would absolutely recommend this place! Read more

Went if for snacks and drinks. Great atmosphere and prompt service. The appetizers (garlic wings and veggies)were delicious as... well as the dessert (cake and ice cream). A little expensive but was worth it. Read more
Nice to have a full service restaurant on the property after a long day of travel and meetings. The staff service was 5 start... kind and helpful. The concierge lounge had a common breakfast menu, and a nice touch on self serve coffee and flavored waterdrinks. Beds and rooms are modern and trendy, with amazing views of the river. The hallways and lobby are in need of aremodel. Doors, hallways, and lobby give the impression of an older 3 star property. Read more
Wow! Most inconsistent food I’ve ever had. First experience was okay, the bacon and bun way overcooked, second experience was... better than the first. The food, Angus bacon burger and fries, was prepared well. The third experience was Shrimp and pasta, itwas very good. Fourth experience, burger was rare, I asked for medium, the fries were inedible due to being overfried, the baconand bun were overcooked. Appetizer of garlic cilantro wings, 5 for $14, not garlic nor cilantro flavored. They were sweet anddisappointing. Definitely will not be giving them another chance! Read more
Delicious! This small restaurant and whisky bar located just inside the Marriott Downtown Waterfront lobby serves crafty... cocktails and elegant dishes full of robust flavor. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. The menu clearly identifiesgluten free and dishes and even offers a gluten free dessert, a decadent flourless chocolate cake with Marion Berry compote. Thesalmon with mushroom risotto was as good as any dish you’d find in a high end restaurant but for half the price. The menu isnot extensive, but the dishes have been perfected, a reasonable trade off. I’m a little surprised that the bar closes soearly, especially on a weekend, and being located in a hotel where presumably patrons would be going up to their rooms afterrather than getting into a car. The wait staff was very attentive, even the next morning for breakfast service when they wereshort handed and had only two servers for the whole restaurant. Very impressive. Read more
Fantastic selection of whiskey, and a great menu to boot. Both their breakfast and dinner menu have delicious options, served... perfectly. For breakfast their ???? is ???? perfect, and their house specialty burger with a bacon jam is great. Service issuper friendly and the kitchen is fast. Ate there a few times while staying at the Marriott it is located in, and was notdisappointed. Definitely recommend if you are staying at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront, or a nearby hotel. The decoris classy... Kind of a modern rustic with nice art pieces and lighting. Read more
We caught them at a bad time unfortunately. Unknowingly we were seeking brunch right at breakfast cutoff and it showed in the... quality of our food, but we ate our omlettes anyway. I think service and quality are probably closer to the price point duringregular service. Read more
