The food, the vibe, the drinks were amazing! My wife and I enjoyed the 7 course dinner and we were so happy with the quality of... food, portions (generous, but not sickeningly so), and the service. We each had a cocktail and a glass of wine and a la carte vsthe drinking menu, because we didn’t want to overindulge. Price was high, especially for Portland, but worth it for a specialoccasion or just to really treat yourself to non stuffy fine dining. Only nit, I ordered truffle with my ravioli and wasdisappointed at the sparse amount that was grated vs thinly sliced, as I would have expected given the cost. My wife orderedhers without truffle and we couldn’t discern a material difference. Looking forward to going again tho! Read more

Highly recommend! Fresh, high quality and incredible flavor in every dish. In speaking with the staff, they get all their... ingredients locally at the farmers market so the menu often changes. I did the a la carte menu but they have a tasting menuwith options for 5/7/9 plates. My waitress mentioned it includes dishes not listed on the a la carte menu so when I come back,I'll definitely do the tasting menu! For 3 plates and a mocktail it cost ~$105 after taxes and tip but having been here now, I'ddefinitely do the tasting menu which starts at $105. Appetizer: Oysters/nuac cham/pear/hibiscus/sambal Entree: blackcod/cabbage/jimmy nardello/almond/miso Dessert: "Under pressure" - baklava/kulfi/compressed apple (perfect portion size for adessert) Drink: A delicious mocktail the bartender made with non alcoholic rum, ginger beer, bitters, grapefruit and somethingelse (soooo yummy) Read more

A delightful eating experience and wonderful service. Initially, I was hesitant to do the tasting menu because I was so... underwhelmed by a similar style restaurant in Portland. Needless to say, my expectations were met and exceeded. My wife and Igot 5 courses, & I wish we had gotten 7 or 9. Courses were well balanced, complex but not overly complicated. Great place tointroduce young kids to options and dining experiences they may not have had yet. Our waitress was pleasant and had lots ofpersonality. I look forward to returning with friends and family. Read more

Great food and service and worth the price. It's a small place so you'll need reservations. The drink parsing is great and... they give a lot of alcohol me and my girlfriend shared one and it was more than enough! Read more

Where to begin? We found this spot looking for ‘most romantic restaurants in Portland’ - and it delivered. Located in a... peaceful, quiet area, the ambiance of the outdoor seating set a welcoming tone. The staff were so warm and personable, expertguides to navigate the fabulously diverse menu. We ordered 4 a la carte options + dessert, which was a perfect amount for twopeople. This is an excellent date night / anniversary spot - the presentation of each dish is so colorful and creative. My onlyfeedback of something to change would be that the music selection - a trance-y, loud mish-mash that felt out of step with therest of the vibe - could be improved in the future. Otherwise, already plotting our next visit! Read more

Dining here is always beautiful in flavors and plating with constantly changing plates based on what's in season and the... cocktails are incredible. The vibe here is an elegant escape whether dining indoors or in their bamboo forest back patio. Idon't know what they do with their focaccia but I can't resist getting it every time It's like crack Read more

Everything was outstanding. To call Quaintrelle a neighborhood bistro is perhaps a slight injustice. Sure, that terms matches... the atmosphere, but the food is fine dining, Michelin worthy. We ordered a la carte and shared about 6 plates amongst the table, which proved an exceptional value for the 4 of us. Read more

One of my favorite meals over the last 2 years and as good as the two Michelin starred restaurants I ate at in Las Vegas last... week. We had the 5 course tasting menu and regretted not getting the 9 because everything was so delicious. The wine pairingswere on point. Service was excellent. Note: you must provide proof of vaccination to dine here. Read more
