I love a vegan sub! This place hit most of the marks. As others have mentioned, the bread is great, and the veggies are fresh,... crisp, and tasty. My husband's warm Honey Pear sub with pears and tofu was amazingly good. I had the Miracle Legion Italiansub. While the veggies were great, there were a lot more of them then the deli meats- it was hard to even taste them, and Icouldn't taste the cheese at all. The bacon-wrapped dates were tasty, but ours were served chilled- not sure this is always thecase- and that made the vegan bacon too chewy. I think they'll be great rewarmed a bit. Read more

I went here when this place first opened and it didn't blow my socks off. well, months later, I visited it again today and it... was SO good. two sandwiches were awesome- creamy and they do not skimp on filling- as was the potato salad but the real MVP wasthe bacon date salad (add olives- the salty and sweet is amazing). It's really quite simple: the best ingredients make the best subs. 1st off, Check this: Rad Magic gets their bread from the... best Vietnamese bakery in town (An Xuyen), and 2nd they'll top off your order with the best local hot sauce (2 Angry Cats).These two details show me that Rad Magic has Excellent Taste in sourcing their Local Ingredients. I'll be straight: I don'tneed to know where they source their veggies, because I can tell from chomping into that Rich, and darkly colored Red Lettucethat the Veggies are Fresh and from some local farm. Their Vegan Meats and Cheeses are also high quality but I don't know wherethey get them (my guess is the vegan grocer next door). They aren't open all the time, but you better believe I'm hitting themup for a late lunch on Thursday's or Friday's if I'm back in the area. Best sub sandwich I've had period. Seriously, all of their food is so good. I've tried all of their subs. My favorite is the Rad... Rancher. However, you won't be disappointed trying any of the sandwiches on their menu. My wife and I regularly get lunch here,and stock up for a couple days. Be sure to get some sides a well!
