I've been to this RR more than a few dozen times over the last 20 years. I've seen it undergo many renovations. And the menu has... changed so much. This location has been consistent at always being understaffed and over busy. Our waitress was amazing,extremely courteous and respectful, but so over worked and stretched thin. She has to manage so many tables, unfortunatelybecause it was a Friday night, so they were super busy. Read more

Proud to announce that this particular Red Robin has a "other worldly staff" . Very attentive and gracious to their customers.... If there's any problem, rest assured they will make it up to you. I got a basket of sweet potato fries sweetly placed on mytable. "On the house" .... Everyone makes mistakes. Constructive criticism is always beneficial. In my personal opinion. What'sequally important is to make sure. That when a person attempts to write their wrongs.... Being able to rectify their mistakeswith a kind gesture is worth a thousand words. So though it doesn't look like I can take the photos down of the little piece ofhair. At least we know that it's real life humans making our food. Doing their best in this hard knock life. To do our best tomake everyone... happy going boldly we're no man has gone before. To bravely take responsibility for ourselves, and not to worryabout others. I did delivery from Washington Square location. In the past the food was cold as ice but when we called it got taken care of,... this time it did not. Everything was cold, the sauted mushrooms were anything but hot and saucy. The fries were so cold and hardthat even the dogs could not eat them. As I said before, it is sometimes cold (not this cold) and they fix it, however this timethe Manager argued about it being cold as well as even if we had ordered (order number was provided). Finally after 20 mins onthe phone with the manager (who I will swear he was going the bathroom while talking) he said he would call me back. Never gotthat call. Ended up with $70 worth of food that even the dogs would not eat. Thanks Red Robin, your service has gone down evenfurther than I could imagine. Good thing McDonald's food is slightly warmer, even if it is recooked. Will not suggest orderingfrom them for delivery or take out. Inside dining may still be ok. And YES I talked with the manager (i think his prior managerexperience was from McDonald's), and got blown off. Read more

I always love our local Red Robin. The food is nearly perfectly consistent. The only two orders that were off were overcooked... fries, and we received new ones promptly, and ancient hard buns and the manger provided a discount from only a mere mention ofthe bun. The music is often a little too loud, but perfect for covering my 4 month old's occasional cries. You can come as asingle or couple to the bar and always be seated right away as well, used to love that before kids. Read more

I was starving after a long day at the salon, and needed food badly. Red Robin's artisan burgers really hit the spot and fill... you up. They are tasty, satisfying and not cheap tasting at all. I also tried the Popping Purple prickly pear Lemonade for thefirst time since it came out years ago and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It's been a favoritesince I was little. Plus they do a free sundae on your birthday! Read more
