A Portland institution. Home of, they say, the city's oldest neon sign. Beautiful inside. Classic. Full menu till midnight.... Sadly virtually never busy these days. But great. I read a lot of the reviews and it made me very curious I went with my significant other on my birthday and it was very... interesting inside is very dimly lit it's like you're transported back into time it is 100 year old restaurant it was a reallytrippy experience the bartender Heather and her husband are awesome the food was absolutely fantastic and it was really cheaplike we didn't pay hardly anything ,$27 total for two dinners and an appetizer!! I highly recommend it ,don't be afraid of thelocation just get yourself inside..You'll probably have a wait, we had about a half hour wait and nobody was in there ,but itwas okay because it was all worth it.. This place serves what I call "Americanized Chinese food". It's not fancy -- indeed, it's something of a dive -- and it's not... particularly authentic. But for cheap chop suey, or fried shrimp, etc. it's really very good. It's also open late, andconvenient to downtown. If you're looking for fine dining, this is not for you. But if you want quick/simple Chinese food,especially if it's late night, it can *totally* hit the spot. Read more

Lol ordered online at 9:15 on a Wednesday night. Was told it would be Ready at 9:30. Still not ready. Got a text at 9:48 that... it’s ready. It’s 10:05 and still not ready. Seems like they just went to fire the order at 10. I ordered online Never beenhere. Never had the food but so far not a good first impression. Not to mention I had to actively go seeking someone to help meand she seemed absolutely astonished to see me or that I might need assistance. Read more
Great food, reasonable prices, generous portions, open late, and you can order through a third-party delivery service and have... it brought to you. What more can I ask for? Staff is always courteous and gracious. Kind of in a sketchy area, with homelesscamps up and down the road, but that's not their fault. Just lock your car and be aware of your surroundings going in and out ofthis place. Read more
The owners are so nice! The food is Great! But let me tell you the Eggrolls are absolutely delicious!!!!
