Rollin Fresh is exactly as it sounds - Fresh! I tried the Hero Sushirito (basically a large roll the size of a burrito wrapped... in seaweed). It was well prepared and had just the right ratio of rice to tofu to cucumber pieces. I would recommend this foodcart! Read more
The sushi is really nice and fresh and you can get either rice roll or salad bowl-nice! I tried the Northern Lights and really... enjoyed the mix of flavors. Kudos to the gal who took my order. Ordered the En Fuego and Chicken Katsu Musubi. Both tasted alright but the sauce they use is like a mix between teriyaki and... gyoza sauce. Way too sweet for me.
