Rollin Fresh is exactly as it sounds - Fresh! I tried the Hero Sushirito (basically a large roll the size of a burrito wrapped... in seaweed). It was well prepared and had just the right ratio of rice to tofu to cucumber pieces. I would recommend this foodcart! Read more

The sushi is really nice and fresh and you can get either rice roll or salad bowl-nice! I tried the Northern Lights and really... enjoyed the mix of flavors. Kudos to the gal who took my order. Ordered the En Fuego and Chicken Katsu Musubi. Both tasted alright but the sauce they use is like a mix between teriyaki and... gyoza sauce. Way too sweet for me. I was surprised the spicy dish had the sweet sauce included. Also the Katsu was a rock hardpiece of chicken between calrose rice. Not sure if the rice was seasoned at all. Read more

Let me start by saying this place has excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful staff. I had the city of roses... half and half poke bowl (half sushi rice and half spring mix). It was very bland for $14.00. Did not have enough flavor for whatI?m used to in a poke bowl style dish. Would come back to try other items. Read more

Absolutely awesome and run by pretty chill people! We ended up coming back for Bing Mi and I was sideswiped by how nice the... Rollin Fresh trailer looked. The menu has tons of options which I'll include in my photos. I had the En Fuego as a sushi burritowhich was the bomb.com. The fish was delicious as were all the accoutrements. The dish itself was smaller than I thought buteven as such was good value. They didnt have a great selection of drinks so I had to go to another truck for that. Overall, I'llcome back! Edit: changing my review to the five stars it deserves. I thought about it all day and through the night and it wasthe second thing I wanted to after my head popped off the pillow. Absolutely incredible sushi burritos filled fully with meat and goodies. No skimping out on any of the good stuff, these artists... know how to make one killer meal. The bonus? It comes with two of what you see in the photo. The sushi burrito did not fallapart until the very end, but at that point I could stick the rest of it in my mouth so it wasn't ever a problem! Staff isalways polite and quick, and never rude. A roll so delicious (I got the "Hoke Poke") I haven't stop thinking about it even daysafter consumption. I can literally still taste it. You will find only quality here at Rollin Fresh, and if you haven't tried ityet, you are, in fact, missing out heavily. I will be coming back, and I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
