This is the best pho I’ve ate in Portland. Came here on a Tuesday, was able to order the beef pho!!! The soup is fantastic,... flavor is right on point, and brings out the sweetness of ????! I would come here again every day to try the other soup options.Everything looks so good and worth the visit. The owner also told us, sometimes they will close early, since they sold outbefore 4pm! We come here every time we visit Portland and the experience never gets old. Home style broths full of flavour. Staff that are... amazingly friendly. Freaking good. Far best of all I had in Portland. I hope this doesn't get too famous and get spoiled. Until this day, I thought... vietnamese pho was fast food. Simple broth, simple noodle, and simple toppings. But that was totally wrong. This place tells youhow complicated and deep this dish can be. The broth, noodle is different for each pho menu. The umami, sourness, sweetness andthe aromatics all came in beautiful harmony. I really enjoyed the shrimp cake noodle, the tomato was a so good add to the umamiin the soup.
