One of the Highest gas price in the state of Oregon. 3/1/22 $6.19. Two dollars higher than competitors in the local area.
I paid for $15 of gas and went into the 7-11 to buy some things and when I got into my car I noticed the gas level did not go up... much, I look at the pump and looked at the sign and I could not believe my eyes!!! This use to be the be the only gas station I went to, stopped going last fall when their prices started getting a lot higher... than the other nearby stations. Today gas is $5.48! The other gas stations close by aren't even $4. They're out of their mindfor continuing to raise their gas prices. If I could give no stars I would, so the 1 star is for the gas attendants who arealways nice, fast and have good conversation, they are awesome. I'd give them 5 stars if I could. Read more
Serious price gouging on gas, taking advantage of customers in the neighborhood. This was the price of gas yesterday 10-9-21.... Notice it?s over a dollar cheaper a gallon a mile away @ the plaid pantry on the corner of Downtown St. John?s. The attendant who sold me the cigarettes I was purchasing for a friend was very odd. He appeared to be reacting poorly to the... fact I was wearing a mask, which I wore per CDC recommendations. He took umbrage to the fact I was not wearing gloves. Iattempted to explain why people are supposed to be wearing a mask, but he would not allow me to educate him. This person was notwearing a mask or gloves. Which is fine. However his lack of understanding regarding disease transmission and why people arewearing masks and other PPE is not only unfortunate , possibly troublesome in terms of his safety, & not an interaction anyonewants to have when they are doing a quick favor for another. He was extremely rude and as I am a medical professional wouldhave benefited from opening his ears. Additionally, one wonders why he reacted so strongly to a customer wearing a mask? Perhapshe is insane? I would call to complain but the number just rings to the store where he and his other coworkers are hanging out (no social distancing practiced ). Judging by how volatile he was from our short interaction I do not expect my complaint wouldbe passed on. Read more
