Saw a few bad reviews here and i thought "How bad can it really be?" The person inside was busy doing things and did not... acknowledge our presence. No closed sign or reason for the lack of communication or customer service. Online hours says OPEN soit was confusing. Go Waffle Window instead. Read more
I had already eaten elsewhere and just wanted a refreshing drink. I told her that I've never tried matcha before, but the... lavender one sounds refreshing. I then had to wait 22 minutes for it while it was slow (only 2 customer were waiting for foodwhen I ordered). I watched her build a salad, leaf by individual leaf, while I waited in the sun. Normally I love this place, but this time we were treated very rudely. An employee with purple hair and an amc baseball cap was... sitting at the front window with their back turned to us when we came up to order. When they finally did turn around, theygreeted us with "what do you want." As we ordered, their tone remained unfriendly. They said "fine" in a frustrated tone when wefinished ordering. When it came time to pay, they slammed the card reader down on the counter in front of us. Super yummy. I can?t believe this place has no reviews. Blown away by the flavor and textures. Got the Popeye sandwich and... waffle fries with Sriracha Mayo. Very cool and helpful staff. Definitely will be coming back to try other things including thedessert waffles. My girlfriend was sad she didn?t get one too! Read more
Don't bother with this place unless you enjoy getting yelled at by the single employee working here during a lunch rush.... Terrible attitude. Like I'm sorry your busy and have 10 orders backed up but that doesn't justify screaming at your customers.Get a life. Read more
