Everything from the presentation to the food and the customer service was phenomenal. They had a nice wine list and flights to... choose from. The desserts were INCREDIBLE and rich with flavor. I highly recommend. Read more

We were there for dinner before a show downtown. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was a highlight. The Dungeoness... crab roll was perfectly seasoned, with just the right light amount of mayonnaise. The clam chowder with gnocchi instead ofpotato was great. And the sea bass was wonderful. And beyond all of that, the service was incredibly fast. Highly recommend andwill be going back. Read more

The service was really friendly. The outdoor and indoor space is nice. The food options are wonderful. I recommend the clam... chowder. It tasted fresh and tons of flavor. The oysters could have been better but the watermelon vinaigrette was anexcellent pairing. The rest of the meal was just ok. I would say check it out for yourself. Read more

We have just returned from our dinner at Southpark Seafood, and I have to say that it was excellent! I found the restaurant’s... atmosphere to be private but yet vibrantly full with background conversations and views of the downtown streets of Portland. Ourserver, Brianna, went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience possible, and her, along with the rest of thestaff did just that. The drink menu contained a plethora of choices, and so did the food menu. The oysters tasted fresh, and thesteak was cooked at the right temperature as ordered. I have to say that I especially enjoyed the different entree pairings, such as the hazelnut in the steak dish, as depicted on the picture attached to this review. All in all, this restaurant is anexcellent choice while visiting Portland! Read more

It's so good to get a happy hour deal. The oysters were super creamy and fresh. Paired with the watermelon mignonette, it... toned down the sharpness of a regular red wine vinegar mignonette. The clam chowder was so hearty. Fresh clams in there, notfrozen pieces. The coconut passionfruit tart hit all the right notes. Smooth custard texture, good sturdy crust. Super worththe trek here. First time in Portland and I'm from Louisiana. So I was curious to find out how the seafood is in Portland. This doesn't come... close to Cajun seafood, but it's still delicious. This is one of those quiet places you can come to and enjoy a drink and eatgood food. This is the type of place where you come back and bring a date or a friends to chat. The staff is extremelytentative, the establishment is clean and the food is good. I just walked right in on a Saturday. So I'm not 100% sure if youneed a reservation or not but I will call in advance and plan accordingly. Read more

This is not the best I have eaten the seafood in Portland so far. The oysters kind of less tasty than the usual sweetness that I... enjoyed. The claimed Brussels sprouts are overrated as it was rather too sweet to be good. The clam chowder was great and thesteam clam is yummy! I don’t like the way the grilled octopus has been prepared as I prefer the whole tentacles to be servedinstead. The fish and chip just average but the grilled cod fish with bacon wrap rather disappointing as the fish is not sofresh and over cooked. The wine selection are good and decent in price. Read more

We were at Powell's and decided to get dinner before our next thing. We were very happy with our choice. The service was... excellent, Molly, was so on top of things, had good recommendations, didn't hover, but seemed to always be available when weneeded her. The food was delicious. We had the shrimp and grits, clam chowder, and the brussel sprouts. All were hot, perfectly prepared, and very tasty. I definitely want to come back here next time I'm in Portland. Read more
