This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I always ask for extra caramel in my drink, and they always deliver. Other... locations don?t do this. I always receive great customer service as well. Easily one of the worst Starbucks experiences I?ve ever had, every time employees will at you or flat out ignore you while... you?re just standing there waiting for someone to slide open the window and assist you, not exaggerating they will seeminglypretend you don?t exist not acknowledge your presence. Took my 12 year old daughter to this Starbucks to get her free birthday drink. I informed the barista that I had my daughter's... documents to prove that today was her birthday. Barista stated they wouldn't give her the free drink unless she downloaded theapp. So we downloaded the app. Then the barista consulted with the store manager and they returned and indicated she would notget the free drink because she must have the Starbucks app for 6 months prior to her birthday. Let me say again that I hadcommunicated that we had her documents that proved it was her birthday today, so we were clearly not trying to pull a fastone. So we proceeded to Dutch Bros, showed my 12 year old daughter's proof of birthday and got her free drink. Guess wherewe'll be getting our future beverages? Read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for years, I have loved every single second that I've had to wait in line just for their... drinks. They are always high quality and made to perfection. The workers here are flipping fantastic, and have treated me likefamily. I feel as if I am alive each time I go here, always leaving me satisfied and wanting more. I'd say this is definitelythe place to go when you are in the mood for coffee, tea, or even some water. Read more

These Partners honestly make my day! And considering my day starts at 5am, that's a pretty huge accomplishment. Kristen is such... a delight and she has a happy, peppy energy! She was quick to remember my name, too. I was a barista for almost 7 years, so Iknow how many faces they see in a single day. I have so much respect for everyone at this store. ??
