Good coffee but limited menu. I paid extra to get the type of coffee and flavors I like. Staff was not friendly.
Came here to look at pastries and not buy anything, but the fox cake pop was just too cute! It looked exactly like the fox... emoji!???? The cake pop itself was pretty good. Really soft and sweet. I hadn't had any sugary foods in a while, and coulddefinitely taste it here. The actual shell of the cake pop was nice too; not too thick like some others. Really good ratiooverall. I visited Starbucks located at 720 SW Broadway Pioneer Courthouse Square. Staff service is good. I was taking pictures as my... intention was to write a review. Concern manager asked me with very respect tone not to take pictures. I told her this is forwriting customer service review. I like the way she presented. I had my favorite Cafe Latte and they made tasty. This storelocated in Downtown prime area and ambience was good and worth visit once agin! Read more
The Christmas tree went up today in Pioneer Courthouse Square so there were a ton of people everywhere. The store was PACKED -... totally SRO - but they had greeters managing foot traffic, an expediter-like person who called out the drinks to hand to you,and despite the massive crowd, the entire staff was super friendly. Might be my favorite Starbucks downtown. Good central location and always a good experience with the staff. Not much to say as... there's a lot of Starbucks in Portland, except that they do have a bathroom which I didn't notice the first 20 times I've beenhere.. Ha! Read more
Sit and drink coffee? Kinda, space is limited. Coffee is standard Starbucks quality, staff is usually very good. Almost never... have a place to sit inside BUT when it's nice outside there is plenty of seating outside that over looks Pioneer Square so youcan people watch. The outside seating during the nice weather gets the 4th star for me. Plus one of the baristas there asked meone day if I wanted my almond milk steamed.... It never occurred to me to order it that way, I said yes and always ask for itthat way now. I've been going to this location for years and always will go. They even are open late! Read more
A Starbucks is a Starbucks, you know you're going to get a fairly good coffee for a fairly fair price. The service here was a... lot more fun than at other Starbucks; engaging in casual conversation and allowed me to give a 'wrongfully ordered coffee' to ahomeless gentleman sitting outside. The view from the terrace is lovely for a morning croissant and newspaper. Read more
I visited here on Sunday and they have a disability employee who make my drink. I ordered my drink but she didn?t do as I... ordered; i asked her again then she acted like i?m wrong because what i ordered is not shown in the system. I would say if shecan?t do that, don?t go out and make ppl feel unsatisfied! i?m so mad because she said no i didn?t order and like mocking me. Read more
