Paige and Megan made my day Sunday. I made the biggest foiux pas in customer service. I walked through the doors at 4:30, not... knowing that they close at 4:30. 7.6.22 UPDATE This location appears to have gotten rid of the barista mentioned in my prior review and it's like a whole new... Starbucks in the morning!! The ladies who work there now are lovely and very willing to work with me on whatever issue arises.The other day I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong Starbucks location and they made my order for me anyway withoutcharging me again. What a great turnaround. This is a great example of a corporation willing to listen to their customers andmake change for thebetter! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thered haired barista at this location is awful. She was socializing with another barista when I asked if she could cut thebreakfast sandwich in my mobile order in half. She looked down at it and after five seconds said?.?Yeah?? like I had just rudelyinterrupted her conversation. I?ve had bad experiences with her before and know of others who have said the same. In generalthey are not helpful at all here when things are incorrect on the app. Even if they can?t do anything about it all I get is,?Well everything looks accurate on our end.? Ugh! I love this specific branch for the beautiful... location and natural surroundings, the very friendly baristas and chill customers, and overall vibe. The Starbucks in the Pacific Corporate Center is very conveniently located and is close to I-5, Hwy 217, & the Courtyard By... Marriott Portland/Tigard. It is also close to many other businesses and professional offices. Every time I have been here thestaff has been nothing but fantastic and friendly. And the drinks have always been spot-on.
