The staff here really care about their customers even when those customers are in the middle of a mental health situation.... Seriously, they really do care about people and resolving situations peacefully if possible. I'm a regular here and in a waythey're my extended family now.?? Read more

Old review: Great friendly staff, nice large seating area. New review: too bad the staff are so friendly that they let homeless... people sit here all day without ever buying anything. I used to work at a homeless shelter in PDX and people need to be directedto proper resources instead of being allowed to squat and take up space paying customers need. Read more
I actually like this location. One of the baristas there is super nice and talks about being a nanny. I have a 20 month old.... Quick service. Same coffee. Other customers more on the normal side since it's the Pearl. I like the asthetics and seating. Ihave been here over a dozen times and will keep going when in the area. Read more
This is the BEST starbucks I have ever been too honestly. The staff was all laughs the entire time and so very friendly to me... from the minute I arrived especially Lindsey. Love this place. I used to only get a clover when I went to Powells Books. Now I give a ride to my son for his job at the Canopy... Restruant 5 times a week. I get excellent coffee at Starbucks 5 times a week. Lucky me. Read more
