The 1 star is for Mari not the entire staff. Mari, the store manager, decided to be indignant about promo signage (the didn?t... have an end date posted) SHE and the staff who worked the previous days forget to remove. Instead of honoring the promo thenremoving it she refused. Her refusal honoring her mistake cause me to ask & wait for management. Cassandra another manager did awonder job by honoring the promo and agreeing that it should have been done immediately. Mari?s tone during my interaction wasextremely rude and dismissive. I had to ask her not to continue to speak to me whilst I waited for Cassandra. Mari wanted todebate and I wasn?t granting her that energy. Especially not at 7am. My wait to speak Cassandra caused me to miss my bus towork. Mari, do a better job of prepping before opening, you may find things like old marketing. Do not try to insightconfrontational debates with customers ESPECIALLY when you are in the wrong. Read more

I think giving two stars is more then generous under the circumstances. Wow were do I begin? First and foremost I love... Starbucks as an corporation and your product is delicious! I have no ill feelings or hostility towards Safeway either, just thisparticular location Starbucks kiosk seems to be struggling. I have recently moved to this area and it is the closet locationbefore work, so you all know what that means! My go 2! Unfortunately I have bared through it ? lack of better words?. Gosh thereis just so much to touch and not enough space to do so. My biggest disappointment is the typical wait time for a coffee isanywhere from 10-28 minutes on an average day, with or without a line. I?d consider myself a regular and I may be assuming I?mentitled but you would think they?d see me and say hey let?s get her drink going as that?s typically what I have experienced inmultiple other locations. I use to tip at least 2/3.00 now I don?t at all because of the dissatisfaction. Recently I noticed Ihad been charged twice a few times and upon my discovery of it. I?d ask the manager to address the issue with her staff and herresponse was ? I trained everyone my self and they are all certified baristas?. Then she told me to walk over to customerservice and take it up with them. My response was wow, in my head. Maybe a Sorry, we will look into it and make it right , orhey I?m really sorry that?s going on let?s see what we can do to make it right for you. Instead with a very snarf condescendingattitude she said ? what would you like me to do, have I not ? taken care of you? she was referring to giving me two free drinksin which was her way of saying they have already way over compensated me. My first thought ???? was is she serious right now.In the last 3 months I have spent 576.29 on Starbucks and that?s is just according to my debit card. These guys are great! Coffee is always prepared quickly *and* properly and customer service is great. I?m not a super regular... but visit once or so per week. It?s always clean and if team members recognize me, they always say hi as if I frequent themdaily. It?s nice. :) Read more

went to get a drink, only customer in line. I order my drink and paid, then 5 more customers behind me order. the customers... behind me were all served their drinks before me. waited ten min. to finally get my drink was'nt made to how I order it. Wish Icould of took my tip back out. I'm never using this location again. Read more
