Worst wifi in the city, and as you know, wifi in the city here is awful Boring pastries. Mediocre coffee. Cool ambience.

Their customer service almost makes me feel guilty. I come in and order a coffee sit down and leave. There's probably 4/5 people... that have my name and order memorized. They have their names on their shirt and I couldn't tell you their names off hand. It'sjust an example of people who are good at their job and try hard. Good customer service is hard to come by, especially inPortland. Thanks for being a shining star here. Read more
This place is often busy at the start of the business day, or around lunch do to the local office tenants, but the line moves... quickly as the staff are well practiced at dealing with it. However, should the wait be too long for you, or the seating toosparse, then head North one building to find another Starbucks, with a much larger space! Read more

This Starbucks is one of the busiest in the city, if it's Monday- Friday that is. Expect to see city hall workers, employees of... Standard Insurance, students of St. Mary's, and people who work in the PacWest Center. Recent renovations eased traffic flow inand out of the store so lines move fast. Sat/Sun this store is closed but there is one 2 blocks west at Essex House OR one twoblocks north on 6th Avenue on the first floor of a parking structure. Read more
