I go to this Starbucks every morning for the last five years, after Bridgette left things have not been the same. I order the... same Triple espresso with steamed oat milk, today was the first time they charged me a full latte plus 1.00 for an extra shot ofespresso and .80 for oat milk. Then proceeded to give me a long lecture about how everyone should be ringing it up this way andthat she is doing it the right way. I will be sure to stop at my neighborhood Starbucks moving forward. Classy and cozy atmosphere. A bit pricey but they have great side selections of bottled drinks, teas, water, refreshers if you... don't want to order off the menu. Understanding prices rise... However the quality and customer service should not drop. This particular store is not in my faves... list anymore. It's a gamble on if your drink regardless what you order is right and it's a gamble on whether you get friendlyservice or nothing. It usually takes a while to get through the line which is understandable for any coffee shop especially inthe morning but it's a major drag when your rushed on time and don't have time to go back through to get your drink right a dyour stuck starting your day with a not so great tasting $6.00 coffee. Love getting cold coffee in the morning. Not sure how they regularly pour luke warm coffee. Waste of a coffee and money.
