I ordered two sandwiches online. They both came with the wrong type of bread. Neither were toasted when they were supposed to... be. It was the wrong type of chicken. Sunday July 24, we went to grab a couple sandwiches around 9:20 pm. The dude that was working was not fit to make sandwiches for... anyone. Let alone be the only one in an establishment that is meant primarily for that purpose. He's definitely going to makesomeone sick. Even with plastic gloves on. it still was very unhygienic. Change the closing time to 9:45pm because your employees won?t take orders past then. I walked in at 9:43 and an employee... refused to take my order. I?m sitting in my car writing this review and in the 3 minutes I?ve sat here they have refused serviceto 4 customers. Read more
Ordered a chicken, bacon ranch footlong through delivery service. The delivery person called to say they were out of the... rotisserie chicken and asked to replace. I said replace with any other type of chicke just not the sweet teriyaki type. Irecieved my order and my footlong had NO meat on it at all, no chicken NOR bacon just the veggies. And the sandwich was made somessily and sloppy ???? ???? The o ly good experience i had from this order was from the door dash delivery person who wentabove amd beyond. Read more

The lady was friendly and what-not but when I asked for a LOT of olives (which, for one- I've never had a subway deny my request... to prepare the food the way that I ask, even if it costed extra or whatever, and for two- it was literally one of TWO vegetablesthat I asked for, the other being "light lettus") the lady, who I'm going to make an educated guess and say that she'sprooobably the manager, (and wasn't wearing a name tag btw), replies "well i can only give you what I can give you".. and thisis what she gives me... When October 2 I should?ve there at 5 PM. There were serving one customer. I asked place an order for four sandwiches. I was... told that they could not serve me because they were understaff, and that if I wanted to place an order of more than threesandwiches I need to call an hour advance. Even though there is no signs stating such a policy, and no one was behind me inline. There was just one customer and myself in the store.
