Their hours are listed, but when we stepped in, the gal said the lobby is closed. It's 7pm.

Disappointed today. Lunch for small office crew. 2 subs & 2 protein bowls. (Ordered Online) Ham sub all the toppings were on one... side absolutely no pride in the making of my sandwich. Tuna sub lacked toppings & the bread was smashed and breakingapart. Spicy Italian bowl no lettuce, full of tomato?s (not ordered) all the meat was in a big ball in the middle of thebowl. Bacon bowl, bacon wasn?t cut up and again wrong veggies. Last week we ordered twice the food and all the sandwiches &bowls were perfect. Also subs weren?t marked. Last week they were. Girls were very Sweet. Food was fresh, the store looked like it had been Recently remodeled very clean. So, 3/4 of the dining room is blocked off, the bathrooms are out of order, I'm guessing they cleaned them and don't want to... clean them again, even though it's three and a half hours from now before they close . There are only three tables available forcustomers. Both employees are now out at the dumpster sharing what looks to be a blunt, they run back when someone comesin. Didn't get a receipt, asked other customers if they wanted their receipt, when they said no, cashier started typing stuff onthe register and took it money. Suspicious. Read more

Shelby was AMAZING! I've never experienced anything like it before at a fast food restaurant. She was efficient and... professional, but also friendly and funny! She had me smiling and laughing so much - I'm definitely going back. When I filledout the survey and said this, the manager emailed me directly almost immediately, thanking me. He's clearly on top of things,too. There are 2 other Subways closer to me (1 is almost next door), but from now on, I'm making the extra drive to this one. Wow! What a place! ? Read more
