The staff here obviously are either over worked or just actually dont care. They give you bare minimum. Evertime I order taco... supremes I get basic tacos. I'm paying extra for no reason. Its not only that, but I'm always missing items too. It's a pain inthe a**, the whole point of fast food is convenience. I ordered a quesadilla and had modified it to have nacho fries and extra cheese and nacho cheese instead of chipotle. And they... didn't even give me my receipt. I have to grab it myself. They only put maybe 4 fries in it no extra cheese and you could tellthey put chipotle on it and then whipped it off, fait taste of chipotle. And when I came back after work with the receipt theyHispanic or Spanish guy treated me as if the receipt wasn't real and told they get allot of those receipts and he couldn't helpme! I try to avoid junk food but in a hurry, late hours this is our go to. They do not always get the order right, check it, other... than that I think they should throw a couple napkins in the bag, always. I love a Taco Supreme! Read more

Edit 2: the one time I was able actually order food from here, they messed up my entire order. I'm vegetarian and ordered black... beans as replacement for all meat options. Guess what?!? I got all meat!!! Thanks for a meal I threw directly in thetrash!!!! Edit: tried this place again and just as horrible. Took them 25 minutes to prepare my 4 item to go order. The misseditems, I tried to get their attention, and I was flat out ignored. What a horrible location this place is... I've gone to thislocation three times. First, placed an online order for pickup. Went through the drive through and was told they didn't have myorder and couldn't make it because they were only serving delivery orders... Had to call customer service because I already paidfor my food through the app. The next two times, I went through the drive through at 7 and 7:30, both times I was told theywere only serving delivery apps... As far as Taco Bells go this one is good. The tables and rest rooms were well kept. But it's a Taco Bell. You get this same... exact quality of food at any Taco Bell. They won't take your order at the counter; you must use the kiosk even though workersare there. The plus side on the kiosk is you can see every which way to customize every entree, which is cool. But if you justwant to tell someone your order you have to wait in the drive thru. Might as well just use the app. Sorry T Bell but you aregoing to lose the older crowd. Read more

I’m a Doordash driver in my spare time and there are two things I won’t tolerate. 1. Bad customer service & 2. Orders taking... longer than 5mins to be ready once I arrive at the restaurant. #1 strongly applies to this location. When I accepted orderthrough the Doordash app, the instructions read to go inside the lobby, do not use drive through unless the lobby isclosed. Typically the drive through is the only option at most Taco Bell’s so I prepare to do that instead. I pull up andthere is a large sign that says If I am a deliver driver or picking up a mobile orders that I need to pick up inside. I get outof the long drive through line and pull up in the mobile order spot, turn off the car and proceed inside. Front door was notlocked and there was no sign on the door stating the lobby was closed so I entered the store. I entered the store. Immediatelythe manager yells across the store at me from the drive through window that the lobby is closed. I tell her I’m her for a doordash order. She says no you need to go through the drive through. I tell her but you placed a sign outside that told me to comeinside? Also doordashs own instructions told me to also come inside. She says it doesn’t matter. Lobby is closed and thatcoooporate made her put that sign outside. I told her this was terrible customer service and walked out, unassigned myself offof the order and left angry. If your corporate wants you to put the sign outside at the drive through then my guess would alsobe that coorpoate wants you to serve drivers from inside the store. Stop providing bad service and start being consistent. As adriver, I will be declining all orders that I’m presented for this location. Corporate if your reading this, this managersucks! Read more

This taco bell is okay one of the better ones but the other night my friends (3) and I went there in the drive thru (because... that's the only option) and the guy taking the orders was like we are short staffed (it was him and two other employees) and hesaid because of short staffing we could only order up to 5 things. And I wanted a Big Doritos locos big box that's expensive!And he told me I couldn't have it because that's more than 5 items and I was upset because isn't that what taco bell is famousfor is the late night 4th meal. And the drive thru wasn't even busy or anything we were the last car in line. He said we couldbasically only order one meal and then had to drive thru the drive thru again just to take care of the 4 people in the carbecause they were short staffed. I felt like they were just trying to make it seem more complicated than it was really so wedecide nevermind we will go somewhere else a couple of my friends didn't get to order anything and they had to settle withMcDonald's down the street. So this taco bell kind of lost brownie points with me. I probably will just go somewhere else fromnow on because theres always some issue. Read more

Staff are childish & Rude!! Ordered green salsa & the cashier rolled their eyes like I was making them work harder. When I... opened the salsa it was only a quarter filled. The drive thru line took a long time too, at least 10 min, 2 cars got out of linebecause it was taking so long. Horrible service a year go when I ordered a bean burrito & it was frozen.
