Worst experience at a Taco Bell. Won't be going back. Ordered ahead, waited over half an hour in the drive-thru and got the... wrong order. Was told to wait at the front but gave up after another 20 minutes. Only two people working there and one of themnew. Where is the management at this place? Line of cars waiting outside. Read more
This location constantly locks the doors so you can only use the drive through. I thought it was a one time thing but it has... happened over 5 times. I've ordered on the app then tried to pickup inside as my work truck wont fit through the drive through.Dont plan on taking lunch breaks here, its inconsistent to say the least. In 25+ years of eating Taco Bell, this location had the smallest amounts of fillings I?ve ever received. My tacos, chalupa and... bean burritos were pretty much all shell, or tortilla, with so little inside that I didn?t feel satiated whatsoever. I?mvisiting family down here (I?m from Canada) and we don?t have Taco Bell in my city. This location is closest to where my familylives, but I will happily drive further out of the way to avoid the stingy amounts of fillings this place gives. Not cool TacoBell in Beaverton. Not cool. Update: Due to extreme hunger and the close proximity we went back. This time we went inside (thefirst time we went on a Thursday at about 2pm and they only allowed drive thru, which seemed weird because it was smack in themiddle of the day). We told the cashier that last time we were very disappointed with the portions of the fillings foreverything. They were very nice, and this time the order was perfect. Everything was in order, filled up to the standards wehave come to expect, and we had a very pleasant exchange. So I have changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Closed for breakfast though it says they open at 7. We've been here another time to pick up a paid online order but the drive... thru and the dining area was closed. There were a lot of food delivery drivers coming and going without being able to pick upbecause there wasn't even a sign anywhere telling people what how to get their food. Honestly I'm surprised they're still openbecause of how they operate. Read more
While i was waiting for my food by the drive thru window, watching the employee preparing without gloves and touching her nose,... touching my food, touching her nose again and wrapped my food. It made me sick..so if you read this comment, it's very importantthe cleanliness on how to handle the food properly. Read more
Really poor customer service from one of the gentlemen at the cashier. I understand it's not an inspiring gig but don't take it... out on the customers. Won't ("can't" according to the cashier) take your order at the cashier and directs you to a kiosk, evenwith no line and nobody else in the restaurant. Also not offering Mexican pizzas despite having it on the menu and having itplastered all over the marketing material all over the place. Read more
Just got the food and it was all cold. The Gordita crunch with nacho cheese had no nacho cheese and was soggy and cold. Very... disappointing. The entire order looked old and was definitely not fresh. This is the first review I have ever left. Take alittle pride in what you do goodness. Read more
The worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Too understaffed because they can?t retain crew, I wish they would bother to adjust the... hours on their app to when they?re actually open because the app accepts orders when they?re not even open. When we did finallyget our order (an hour after we originally placed it lol) it was so sad it looked like Taco Bell was trying to manipulate meinto restarting my old Prozac prescription. The nacho fries were pale, under seasoned, undercooked, and I paid 5 and a halfbucks for custom ?7 layer fries? that looked like something off the value menu? both the burritos we ordered were cold and underseasoned on the inside I just don?t understand how you screw up TACO BELL that bad. It?s not like the two workers haven?t beenthere for ever, because they have. Guess they just can?t be arsed. I genuinely felt very disrespected by my entire experiencewith them which is sad cause I?m a huge Taco Bell fan and would never dream of taking out bad orders on the crew that made them,which remains true.
