I don't know how this place stays open. First of all, late night food run for someone else, and when I get to the drive thru, I... notice the line isn't moving. Didn't think to notice the large semi backed up to it and employees/delivery men unloading. Acar or two go thru, and finally up to the order booth, and nothing... And this was after spending a good 25 minutes 3 cars backwhen I drove up. Still no voice greeting me or wanting to take my order. So I whip out my phone and call the store. Someonepicks up, Hallalluyah!! He tells me, 'I guess I can take your order' @%!%@ YOU GUESS!!??? NOTE: At this time there are now 5cars behind me waiting as well. Apparently when the truck shows up, the whole store shuts down. You would think they wouldreceive the truck then after the 1am close time, but corporate doesn't think of that. I ARRIVED AT MIDNIGHT AND IT TOOK AN HOURTO GET MY ORDER!! What's that slogan they had, "Run for the Border!" I literally could have done that and gotten my foodquicker!! Read more

Had the worst experience with the drive thru women at about 11pm. She has such a nasty tone and way of speaking to customers.... When I called to let the manager know he said since she didn't do anything wrong there was nothing to do, but that's wrong.There is something to be done . He could do his job better and make sure his employees are trained to respectfully help ALLcustomers, not just the ones you like. Read more

Stop putting unfinished UberEats orders on the rack before you have completed the order. Keep the order in the back of the store... and bring everything up to the front AFTER the order has been finished being made. The bags are sealed so there is no way for usdrivers to verify if that’s everything, especially since y’all never seem to interact with anyone who walks in. Do better.This not only affects y’all but the drivers as well. Read more

The guy who took mynorder at the drive thru was very nice and polite. I usually order quesadillas for my kids without the spicy... sauce & she knew exactly what I was asking for when I struggled to find the name for the sauce. The new mango freeze was verygood. My kids liked it a lot. Read more

We got half our order incorrect and Alex the manager started getting angry on the phone with me when I was simply trying to find... out our options for getting our order fixed. I've been a manager in fast food for years and I have to say it was dissapointingthat he refused to help us any further and took out his frustration on us just trying to get what we paid for. Not sure if you can get any worse experience. Came in and tried to order from counter. After 5min of me just standing there with... employees looking at me as they walked by, I was finally asked if I would olease order from the kiosk. I said I would rathernot, because I have some specific changes I need to do on some items and I've tried before and I couldn't make them using thekiosk. She said ok please hang on and walked away. 3min layer she walked back and took my order. When my order was filled shewalked up and set my bag on the counter and walked away. I then filled my drink and looked for sauce packets. None. So I wentback to the counter and watched several employees keep looking at me as they carried on with their work. 5min later one walkedup and asked did I need something else. I said yes, hot sauce please. She grabbed a handful and walked up and set them on thecounter and walked away. Never eating here again. Read more

The guy running the drivethru window on 8/15/22 at 12:24 during the lunch rush should not be working in customer service. He is... just flat out rude. They forgot our cups and when we said something he essentially threw them at us and walked away. Horribleservice. This isn't the first time he has acted this way either. When ever he is working we get bad service. Read more

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. The burritos were 1/2in wide, sloppy cutting to where there was an entire jalapeño... in just one burrito… Also, what showed to look like spit!! Also, Uber Eats, didn’t care about me as a customer. They refusedto refund my dinner money. I have multiple photos of the product in which I received. Plus, I’ve heard this specific Taco Bellhas multiple complaints and Uber Eats has done NOTHING about it. Their “customer service/support” was terrible. DO NOT EATAT THIS TACO BELL… 6560 SW Beaverton Portland, OR 97225. Also, try other delivery services. UBER EATS DOES NOT CARE NOR WORKTOWARDS IMPROVING YOUR DINING EXPERIENCE ????????????????????????
