My first time here, the pad Thai was reasonably priced and had lots of tofu which is awesome. The serving was generous and the... turnaround time was very quick. My issue is that I could taste that they used ketchup instead of tamarind paste. Maybe they dothis to appeal to American palates, but I found it very disappointing. Ketchup makes the noodles sticky, too sweet and vinegary.Plus it?s lacking so much of the complexity and earthiness that tamarind gives. I would have liked to see more veggies as well,maybe a lime slice. But all in all, this is a good place. The restaurant is very pretty inside too. Read more

I am typically not a fan of Thai food, though I am learning that really I am probably just not a fan of Pad Thai. I loved this... place! They had tons of options on the menu - appetizers, entrees, noodles, stir fries, curries, etc. I chose the chef specialginger salmon dish which has a delicious ginger sauce and fresh veggies, and the salmon was cooked wonderfully! We also got thesalad rolls as an app which were great. Also don?t be fooled by the old photos on google, there is no sushi here!! This is one of our favorite Portland restaurants. We order takeout at least once a month. My two recommendations: Green Curry... Fried Rice with shrimp and the Spicy Catfish - I mean you can order other dishes but you HAVE to get these. Parking is easy.Good portions. Read more
Wait staff was friendly and accomodating. It is nicely decorated on the interior. Its conveniently located off of South West... macadam Avenue. The food was great. For what you got its at an excellent price. If in the area, its well worth the stop. Read more
