Aimsir is a wonderful, small distillery next to Culmination Brewing. The decor is art deco and feels like a bar right out of The... Great Gatsby. The waitstaff and bartender were so nice, friendly, and wonderful people that answered all our questions and spenttime with us. They have a great small menu and although small, complimentary tastings of their spirits. They even have cocktailshere and let me tell you, they rival any of the cocktail bars in Portland. Just beautiful drinks... Check them out, they wont bea best kept secret long. Read more
