We ordered the fried cauliflower, salad with shrimp and a salad with al pastor. It was pretty good, lots of flavors.
I think I?ve tried everything on the menu at this point and it truly is ALL so good! From the tacos to burritos to even the... salad, but I think the crispy rice is probably my favorite. Service is always great. This place is a gem! Read more
GREAT tacos. I recommend the fried chicken and there is some kind of fish taco as well. I can't remember what it's called but... it's fantastic! Order at least 3 tacos. Start there and then get more...cuz you will want to. Read more

First time eating at The Meddling Lime today and I am so grateful this Mexi-Inspired cart is in my neighborhood! I tried 4... tacos: the cauliflower, the beet & avocado, the shrimp, and the cod. Each was packed with flavors that melded perfectly togetherand their salsa verde and salsa roja was on point! Plus the price was right. ^_^ I will certainly be back to try their bowls,etc. Read more
Cute little food truck in SE Portland. Really amazing tacos! I was super skeptical with the choices of vegetarian options but... man, the beet and avocado taco was great and I don't even like beets much! I also got the black bean and roasted poblano tacowhich was even better, partly I have to say it was because of that avocado sauce... So good!! Not a ton of seating since theyare large tables so you would need to sit with someone else to maximize the table. And there is another food truck sharing thetables. Tried this place out after moving to the area. Coming from california where mexican inspired foods are typically of high... standard, we didn't have super high expectations. However we were amazed at how delicious the meddling lime was...came back forseconds the next day. Definitely will be my new local spot. Read more
Absolutely delicious! Fried rice and fried chicken!! Josh and Joe are the heart of the community! Food is delicious!!
