A perfect late Monday night adventure in Oregon in October in 70 degrees weather. Skipped the all day happy hour and decided to... go with the special of the night which was a Mushroom Swiss Burger. Had't been to the Rambler in quite a few years as I'm not usually in this part of town. Went here on hot day for happy hour with... a friend since it was a decent midway meeting spot. I got the Slushie special and it was delightfully sweet and tasty. I alsogot the Rambler Poutine, which I will be back for. Unfortunately sat in the smoking section outdoor seating out back, which ison me as I wasn't paying enough attention when we sat down but now I know. Don?t miss the photo booth in the back! Healthy food portions - we ordered too much! We loved it all! The fries are phenomenal,... as is the Mac and Cheese, Hummus is served with radishes, bell peppers, pita bread? mmm mm m! Very friendly staff! Read more
This place was perfectly my speed. I was able to have great food/drinks and chill. I'm not a huge fan of crowds so it was nice... to get relax here with my dogs. I highly recommend the fish tacos! Read more

Canadians visiting Portland: we love good poutine and we just had really good poutine at the Rambler as well as very tasty... whiskey sours. We sat outside on the deck in November around a table with a propane fire. Cozy, warm, tasty and lovelyenvironment. Read more
