This is a coffee shop that happens to serve steaks that are mediocre at best. It is located in the lobby of a Best Western... motel. The food was barely decent. None of the steaks was cooked right. They all had to be sent back to be heated. The waitressSeyka did a great job to accommodate us as best as possible however the bar attendant and greeter Melanie was very rude andabrupt. Food tasted excellent and customer sevice outstanding. Even though our party was the first in the door at opening time... (reservation gave us the whole back room of the restaurant with no extra charge) they were already out of 1/2 the items on theirmenu. As the menu is already limited to a handful of entrees appetizers etc this left little choices beyond steak andappetizers. All in all it was a good choice for a steak dinner Read more
Wow, I had a party of 12 in the private dining room and it was my first time at 9900. I was truly impressed! It’s very... charming inside, truly a hidden gem. Our server was fantastic, one of the all-time best. And, also importantly, the food wasgreat. I recommend the 9900 Steakhouse. Read more
Great steak, good service, and a perfect date spot! We had the tomahawk (it's a splurge, but you won't be disappointed), a blue... cheese wedge, and great cocktails & wine. Bread was served warm & toasty with quality butter. Next time, if we aren't toostuffed, we'd try dessert too! The ambience inside is low light, classy, and intimate. Dress up and treat yourself! Not only is their restaurant side great, but their bar side is also wonderful. They have limited items at this time, but was... satisfying. The staff is friendly and remember our drink orders and made sure that we stay hydrated. The nachos here are a goodsize and great for sharing. The wings and quesadilla were also tasty. Read more
Really good food at our first visit. Great bread, excellent ceasar salad, perfectly cooked steaks at a reasonable price. They... split the ceasar at no cost which was nice. My wife had the 6oz filet that comes over mashed potatoes and asparagus with alobster sauce over it. I had a taste and agreed with her that it was really good! Steak was a perfect medium rare. I had theNew York Strip which was cooked just a little past medium rare, just like I ordered. I ordered the red wine demiglaze on minewhich paired nicely. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was really not the restaurants fault. They had 2 large groups at thesame time, one in the room with us was all guys who had been drinking and were really loud. There were children in therestaurant who didn't need to here constant profanity and how horrible their spouses/girlfriends are. The manager apologized andwe understood, but its still part of the experience. We'll go back again, if the atmosphere is how I anticipate I'll changethe stars. Great food. Sweet workers. Solid steaks. One of the best Caesar salads I've had. Such a huge portion. Much appreciated, yummy!
