Food was terrible. The chicken wasn't chicken it was just breaded skin. And there was something wrong with the bartender,... mentally. I had a few good experiences at this place because the nice big patio. The food is not great but the service and drinks were.... Although a few months ago they got a new bar back that was really rude at every encounter. I also think I left my credit cardthere and it was tossed in a dumpster, because my account was used all over NW pdx. There are so many great places in Portland,you can skip this one. Read more

For full disclosure, we just had drinks for Sunday happy hour. This is a fun place to visit and they have a fantastic outside... deck! The wait staff was very good and the food looked/smelled amazing. Definitely a return trip is in order. Read more
Do you like karaoke? Bring your vaccine card! Do you not have that on you because who carries around it’s like carrying around... a passport? Come to the back patio with me! Wanted to love the place. It has the most unique vending machine ever. Karoke sound was fine, however asked the bartender to... call a cab for us cause we had a few....I know I live in the age of Uber and cell phones, however didnt want to deal withit...after drinking a couple more drinks and waiting outside for like 25 minutes thinking cab was on its way, went inside to usethe bathroom, bartender says "oh by the way, the cab I called said it couldn't make it"...Thanks for letting me know and makingsure a compromised customer got home safe... To put this into context, this is the first review I have written. I Had to warn people about the horrible experience I had at... 21st Ave. I went 21st Ave, bar and had a terrible experience; I waited more than 20 minutes for a drink while the bartenderserved her cronies. The bar tender seemed not to care about the 20 people in line behind me. I would not recommend 21 Ave, toanyone. I would recommend Knob Hill bar much more than 21 Ave. STAY AWAY Read more
