It was my first time visiting the resteraunt and I ordered a cheese deep dish slice. When I received my slice to go I opened the... container and saw the pizza was extremely burnt, and minimal cheese was on it. It tasted like toast with sprinkled cheese. Our first time at this Von Ebert location. We normally go to the Glisan St location. On this particular Sunday afternoon we... decided to go to Cascade Station to get lunch at another spot but they were closed so we stumbled on Von Elbert?s. Inside waspacked with guests. As soon as we decided what to get we went up to the counter and the worker let us know right away that itwas only him working and he was behind on orders and it would be a few minutes before he could take our order. We appreciatedthe communication and as quickly as he could he came back and took our order. BBQ wings and a Chicken + Bacon + Ricotta pizza.We took our number and went and sat at the outside tables. Thirty minutes later our food was prepared and in front of us. Thechicken bacon ricotta pizza was delicious. So good that I forgot to take a picture before digging in. I was a regular as far back as five years with the previous owners. Unfortunately the menu has changed substantially. There is... no option for a slice or a small personal pizza. It?s disappointing because not everybody wants a full size pizza. You do offera big dish size pizza but it?s all bread. I went there three weeks ago on Friday night. We got there at 6pm and they closed at 7pm. We ordered two pizza's and a salad. ... The pizza was good, we all likes it. Fast forward to today at lunch, almost the same order and the pizza was bad! Theingredients were not of the same quality or the maker of the pizza skimped on ingredients.
