I am SO HAPPY I found xinh xinh. This is my new go to pho place. As a vegetarian my main needs are well cooked tofu, fresh... veggies (not frozen) and a good, delicate broth. Probably the best Vietnamese place in Portland! Immensely generous Bun (vermicelli salad bowls) with fantastic vegetarian and... vegan options. One of the best Bahn Mi sandos I\'ve had in PDX. I got the grilled chicken, which was mildly seasoned with lemongrass and tasty... but the real stand out was the bread and vegetables, both of which were super fresh. Warm fluffy bread with lightly crispyexterior and didn\'t pack down when biting it, and lots of crisp, cold cucumber, carrot, cilantro, and jalepeno (came on theside).\n\nGreen tea boba frappe was satisfying too.
