For less than $25, you can get the best sushi in Portland ... from a truck. Yoshi's, located in a food truck pod in Multnomah... Village (SW Portland), is truly excellent. This trip I ordered albacore sashimi, the spicy tuna roll, and sea scallop. All werewonderful, and I would order each again, though the scallop is particularly great. I had heard about Yoshi?s Sushi but hadn?t had the chance to try it. Go, NOW. I called ahead to order as required and the man... working was apologetic with the 25-minute wait. I actually thought it was going to be much longer since it?s literally a singleperson in a food cart working, and after eating these rolls, would happily wait twice as long. I had the Lime Green add Salmon,Spicy Tuna, and the Salmon Avocado rolls. I got a little greedy and three rolls was more than I could handle for dinner, but Ifinished it off as a midnight snack. It was amazing. I loved that my salmon was a natural pink; not this weird dyed farmedsalmon color. The rice was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Delicious and unique sushi. We found this place via an Eater video and thought we'd try it on our Oregon vacation. Called ahead... and got a special roll with curry shrimp tempura and spicy salmon, a salmon and avocado and scallop nigiri. All were amazing andfresh! Read more

Delicious sushi, perfectly portioned, delicious even without soy sauce. Fish was very fresh, no fishy smell. Tamago was smaller... than expected, half had rice and seaweed the other half was just the sweet yummy egg. Read more
