I am incredibly disappointed. My order was about $80. My main meal was missing, my $11 of noodles were the size of a side, my... drink was 2 inches below the lip, and my gyoza we're hard-crunchy. Yes, the food is delicious, but it doesn't make up for shottyinspection and missing food. Thank goodness DoorDash handled the refund, especially since their driver didn't think to inspectthe food before leaving. Read more
Ordered on DoorDash and they changed my order from Elotes to Popcorn Chicken. Had I gotten the Elotes, maybe this review would... be different. The popcorn chicken was very over peppered. I like pepper just as much as the next guy, but I don't like pepper tobe the only flavor I taste. The other part about the chicken is that it seemed as though they grilled it on a skewer over a fireuntil it turned into jerky then breaded it and then they deep fried it. Don't know if that's actually what happened just whatthe texture of it is like. The fries are definitely nothing special you could find better ones in the freezer section of WinCo.Then the milkshake I ordered was the Oreo brulee. The flavor wasn't bad and it had some kind of a sweet cream cheese frostingmixed into it however they didn't blend it well enough and they put way too much ice in it. Every sip of the milkshake I wascrunching on the ice. Not really the best experience for a milkshake. A smoothie maybe not too bad. All in all they get a 2star. Read more

Terrible service, and the place looks filthy. We've been here before and the Beaverton location and generally have gotten good... service most of the time (especially at the Beaverton location). Came in almost 3 hours before closing and ordered twodrinks. I understand that there are other orders to be fulfilled first so usually I can let long wait times slide but whatdoesn't slide is when we can see our drinks finished and placed on a counter in the back but all 5 workers standing in the frontneglecting to hand the drinks to us because they're too busy messing around and yelling crude stuff in Vietnamese (probablyassuming that no one else can understand them, whoops, I could). When we finally got our drinks they called out the wrongnumber. I was also notified they ran out of boba which I get it, it happens. I've worked at boba tea shops before but thatusually doesn't happen HOURS before closing time especially at a place that specifies in selling boba tea. The store is alsofilled with fruit flies and everything looks dirty. Read more
Can't vouch for customer service because I ordered through DoorDash, but my food was prepared quickly and tasted great. Got the... BBQ chicken wings, S&P popcorn chicken, and Chicken tenders. The popcorn chicken was slightly sweet which was surprising butdelicious. At first glance I thought the BBQ wings were dry/ low on sauce but they were delicious as well! The tenders were goodtoo. Idk if I got lucky or if they have changed things up, but everything taste wise was delicious. I look forward to trying thedrinks in the future! Read more
