I had to edit this review. We have "tried" this DD again, in fact two more times since a bad experience and both visits were... perfect. Hot coffee, great breakfast sandwiches and the workers were pleasant and appreciated the tip. Not sure if it was justan off day but I can recommend this location now. Read more
The place is disgusting its so dirty and the staff arent so friendly the girl didnt smile not once andi had toask twice for help... her sweater has food all over. Coffee stains from last week dirty floors stained walls n the restroom disgusting. Read more
If I could give this company any less than one star I would. The employees are rude and disrespectful as well as management and... they fire you for doing your job correctly. If you do decide to go to this Dunkin keep in mind you will be getting old donutsand either burnt or old sandwiches. This is by far the worst Dunkin I've had to go to. Also they have no customer service andcould care less about their employees. If you want year old cheese and year old croissants head over to this Dunkin and enjoy???????????? and if you believe that anyone here cares about you your family or the health of your loved ones then you're sadlymistaken and I want to let you know they could care less....... We stopped with a school bus. Inside was closed but drive thru was open. One of the workers came out and told our driver she... would allow our kids to go into the building and use the restrooms. Very accommodating. Great customer service . Friendly staffwhen most might have locked the doors seeing a school bus pull up! Read more
Stopped in with a school group on 5/10 at 5pm. The girls desperately needed the facilities. Sadly the lobby was closed due to... staff shortage. The amazing staff that was still on kindly made the lobby available for us and then allowed students to walkthrough the drive up making the overall experience one to remember. Great staff! Coffee ordered on the app at 6:26, I waited 10 minutes before I left to pick it up, I wanted to pick my coffee up inside but the... option to pick up inside is NEVER able to be pressed, there?s a line of cars all the way to the dumpster, I park and go inside.I stand where you pick your beverage up, someone said ?hi? as they walked by. Another minute or 2 goes by, someone acknowledgesme, I tell them I?m here to pick up, and give my name? my drink hasn?t even been started yet and by now it?s been almost 20minutes? another 4 or so minutes goes by and I?m given my drink. I let the girl know I came inside to try and save time becauseI ordered 20 minutes ago and I thought for sure it would have been done, but the cars in the drive thru LEFT BEFORE I DID!!!!I?ve spoken to the manager, for about a month after, the coffee was mostly correct, only like 5 times that month did I have toreturn my drink because it was missing caramel, sugar, espresso, and one time for my hot macchiato I was handed an ice cold cupof milk!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! (There are 2 girls who make my coffee correctly every single time, I?m thankful for them. ButEVERYONE working there should know how to make all the drinks, is that not common sense?? My coffee should T be wrong becausethe only 2 people who make it correctly have a day off.) Read more
