Had family come through here and the person apparently refused to make them hot chocolate with whip when we have ordered it that... way several times and it was rung up that way. Instead insisted that whip can only be used with cold drinks which is not true.Smh, trying to prove them wrong when we have ordered it this way several times and it?s a very simple drink. Read more

Super friendly staff, very quick to get orders fulfilled and people in and out in the mornings. The ONLY complaint I have is... that every now and then their delivery truck will sometimes block the drive thru in the mornings, and it bars people fromrecieving their orders. I've only experienced this a couple of times. I love our Portland Dunkin'! Read more
The ladies inside are rude. The woman on the drive thru was so polite. The one on the register was huffy and acted as though I... was a pest for making an order. I stand to the side to wait for my dri k and 3 ppl come in and order. All 3 of those pplreceived their drinks before I told them I needed to leave. She did not respond to me in anyway other than making eye contactwhen I said. I ended paying for a drink I never received. Read more
The customer service was horrible this morning. They had hardly any donuts at the front and when asked if they have any in the... back I was told ?yes, I believe so? when asked if they had sour creams she say ?no? without even looking. She was very rude anddidn?t treat the customer with respect. She could have at least said I?ll go check or better yet move the product from the backto the front. Read more
Always had a good experience here until this morning when I tried to order a coffee and the lady at the speaker was rude and... said she can only do small drinks , asked if there was large drinks and she said " if there was a large drink wouldn't you thinkI would offer it to you".
