This location is very slow. From order to food I usually anticipate at least a 20 min wait and I've yet to visit this location... and get all the sauces I ordered. I always have to call them back, even the times they've told me "They're all in there". I likea little cheese stick with my sauce, I need them to lay it on thick. Read more

General manager "liz" needs to learn how to run a store. It took 2 hours and I had to tell them my order 3 different times. All... about 30 minutes apart. First ordered on the mobile app. After about 20 minutes the screen said that the order was on its way,30 minutes after that we press the red button received nothing but attitude telling us "we are slammed give us more time" so wewait another 30 minutes as I'm watching employees through the glass door just leaning over a counter, so I call the store andask why it's taking so long for my order, they tell me that they will have it out shortly apologizing this time. So I wait 30more minutes, tired of waiting I walk up to the door and ask for my order. And I see bags ontop of bags from the front counterall the way inside the kitchen of food that's not been served and every red tray had the cup holders full. Considering they have3 carhops this stuff should be out. I did finally receive my order. I wouldn't make a big deal about it if I had ordered a lotof food, but the thing is I ordered 2 shakes and 1 Dr pepper add vanilla. At this point just shut that store down. Read more

I ordered my food and over an hour later, it was not completed. Never in my life have I had such slow service and still did not... receive my food. It took 26 minutes to receive a void/refund receipt. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SONIC EVER. Read more

Less than 1 star review. Waited for an hour for two shakes. Pushed the button to see if my order was still on there screen. They... said their screen was full and they were working as fast as they can. I saw multiple cars pull in, order, receive, and leave.Still me sitting there. Do not go to Sonic anymore. Read more

Sonic employees, it is not difficult to take an order and get it right. I know you work hard but paying a pinch attention to... detail is key to having better reviews. I asked for a half a cup of ice and an unsweet tea and a route 44 along with my meal.Look at the photo and tell me why this could not be accomplished. I tell my kids if you’re going to be a janitor be the bestjanitor you can be, I’m telling you as young adults if you’re going to work at sonic and not only get paid minimum wage or$10-$15 an hour plus tips please try a little harder to get customers orders right. Waited 30 minutes to have our order taken. We had to stop someone. She said our stall doesn’t always work, so she’ll go get... someone to take our order. Then it magically worked when that person walked in. Then, we waited 45 minutes for our food, whichhad lukewarm chicken and cheese sticks that were slightly warm. We ended up with a missing burrito. I waited for an hour and a half for our food. Around the 45 minute mark, my screen said my food was on the way. 15 minutes after... that, I hit the button to speak to someone. They never answered, just cleared the screen. I flagged down an employee and shestated on were short staffed and on a little wait. Once we got our food, it was very cold and very poorly done. It was busy tonight. So before I placed my order the employee let me know that it would be about 30 minutes. When I told her... that I had placed my order on the app, but could not check in on the app. She found my order & let me know that they would getit out as soon as they could. I was very impressed!
