This is not a very good BBQ place. The food was warm not fresh and hot and the ribs had the appearance of heat and eat food... that?s prepared elsewhere then heated up at location to serve. They were the worst ribs I?ve had tough and chewy nothing at allthat I would expect from a place holding themselves out as a BBQ joint. I had a three meat plate with potato salad green beansand Mac and cheese. The portions were very small but I liked the potato salad. The ribs I?ve discussed and the other meats weresausage and brisket. The brisket was cool and wasn?t fresh the sausage was very chewy. The sauce was very runny and hadvirtually no flavor. I am very disappointed. My plate was 23.00 and was not worth anywhere near that. Had I known i would havegot the potato salad and a tea as that was the best part of the meal. Food was good, as Native born Texan we know our BBQ. We ordered brisket and sausage and both were really good. But their BBQ... sauce may be the worst I have ever tasted. So pickup your own sauce Read more
Ordered 2 brisket barbecue plates w 2 sides each..was terrible. The sides..potato salad and coleslaw were over loaded w vinegar... including the bbq sauce. The lean cut brisket was fair w tough texture on some of the pieces. The pecan pie slices were great. Very disappointed w this order noting previous orders were somewhat better. Read more
DISGUSTING AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! For 30+ years I've enjoyed the meals of Bill Millers.... UNFORTUNATELY, this evening was... NOT ONE OF THEM!!!! The Poorboy looked more like a chopped sandwich, POOR QUALITY CONTROL! My husband's Fried Chicken lacked ANYFLAVOR! The Sweet Tea, yeah, what a joke! Management Team SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO GET A GRIP ON THE QUALITY THAT THE BILL MILLER NameREQUIRES! How dare a restaurant chain pay so much to their employees, when they can't and don't serve QUALITY! IF they wereeating out at an establishment, they would want QUALITY and yet they DON'T DELIVER THE SAME!!!!! Dining room was FILTHY! Servicewas SLOPPY! Even after complaining, the food was AWFUL! The customer service at this location is terrible. The food is usually fine, but I have never had a visit where I received... everything I ordered. For example, today?s order had the following mistakes: -a brownie with my kids meal even though I paidextra for a slice of apple pie -both the chicken tender meal and the fried chicken meal came with no sides even though I orderedthem -I ordered an all dark meat bbq chicken plate and I received an incredibly dry, white chicken breast. -Also, the best partof Bill Miller is their marinated onions. The bbq plates are supposed to come with them, but you will never receive them at thislocation unless you specifically ask for them. They also prepackage the onions with the pickles which completely ruins the tasteof the marinade. Read more

Cole slaw was horrible. Meat was okay. Not enough seasoning. Nothingg special. Service was confusing at best. Will not repeat... this experience. Read more
Placed an online order for $140 worth of brisket, ribs, sausage, chopped brisket and 2 sides. Food looks decent but be warned,... they're a bit stingy on the BBQ sauce, pickles and onions. Even with that much if a meat purchase, they gave us absolutely noBBQ sauce, or free pickles/onions and the brisket and ribs definitely need a little help of bbq sauce (very dry). Read more
