Review update 10/23/22 The reason my rating dropped from a 5 to a 1 star is because I'm genuinely uneasy about returning to this... location for a while. For some, it may not be a huge issue. However, my vomiting and retching over the 2 hours after my lunchwas an issue for me. I ordered my usual favorite and took a bite and thought it was odd that I had to pull the bite off of thesandwich. I was talking with my husband so it didn't even occur to me to look at my sandwich. It wasn't until I was to my 3rdbit into the half of the sandwich that I realized there was a piece of paper in it. I felt nauseas and started gagging. Myhusband went inside to tell the staff and said that in my sandwich, then he was cut off and staff asked him, a piece of cheesepaper? He said yes. They apologized to him and gave him a cookie. I ate literally 1/4 of my sandwich and got a cookie. I rarelysend things back or make a fuss at restaurants. The fact that they knew what was in my sandwich before my husband could say,shows this is a problem they are aware of but not correcting. Yes, it was just some cheese wax paper. But it was not dramaticsthat caused me to vomit after we'd already left. This was my favorite place. One of my favorite places!! Friendly and quickservice and delicious food! I love the app because I can order on my way through town and pick it up. The drive thru is for pickup only not for ordering just FYI but I like it because there's no wait. Ordered food through the app today. My vehicle is too big to drive they so I went inside at the time ready per the app. There... was a long line so an employee was walking by so I asked ?do I need to stay in this line to get an app order? ?. She looks at meand says ?I am off the clock.? No offer to get someone until I say ?can you ask someone to help me?? And then she offers. Thegal she asked was nice and got my order. She did seem annoyed when she was bagging it but she smiled and at least faked itwell. Very rude girl with long brown hair, glasses and was sitting at the far booth on right side of restaurant when you comein front door. I do not plan to return as this really was rude. I own a winery in Rockport and if this ever happened at mybusiness, well it wouldn?t as my people care about our customers. Without them, we go home with our stuff in a box. Read more
Excellent location....Trinity impressed us whole ordering, she was so helpful and kind and knowledgeable. We had salads and they... came out very much well presented, they were delicious. And, the cherry on top was the WONDERFUL bowl of tortill soup..It wasliterally the best I have ever had....great job you guys.... Read more

As soon as went inside this location I knew it was a great place. Friendly atmosphere and the manager was very hospitable. We... ordered what he recommended and as you can see by the photos was a great choice. He even stopped by the table to start up aconversation and get to know his customers. I recommend this location to anyone driving by. Read more
I ordered the pick two. The memphian and the broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich had two pieces of meat on it. The soup was so... hot I couldn't even eat it. First time I have ever been to this location and probably won't be back. I am just used to getting adifferent sandwich than this. Read more
really annoyed that they got rid of a bunch of menu items that had been there for years previously; also, they nearly served our... food to someone else, and neglected to give us a table number, which is why the mix up happened in the first place. it was busy,i get that, but if you have the room for so many customers, you should expect to have, maximum, that many customers.
